The only other thing we've seen which reported a similar issue was with a CheckPoint firewall running on the client. It was reading and breaking the JavaScript. You should try making sure that ALL local firewalls are completely turned off for the time during the testing.
If this does not work, you may want to try calling into the Support lines so that we can work through further debugging and testing with you.
